CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy As an independent stylist, I reserve time especially for you. I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or do not show up, your card on file will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This policy is in place to protect my time and income, as last-minute cancellations or no-shows leave a gap in my schedule that I’m unable to fill. By booking with me, you agree to this policy.
